Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and cold calling proficiency.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proven sales acumen with a strong ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Accurate and efficient typing speed of at least 30 wpm - 40 wpm.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
