**About the Role**

CANADIAN EXECUTIVE SEARCH GROUP (USA) INC / DIVISION OF ARROW GROUP OF COMPANIES** is seeking a seasoned **Sales Engineer** to join their team. As a key member of the sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Respond to new customer inquiries for applications to use our products, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful implementation.

• Conduct thorough reviews and qualifications of all activities in the region to ensure the best sales resource is addressing the task at hand, driving maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop and execute account management strategies to maintain and grow business in the assigned region, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers.

• Regularly visit customers in the assigned region to develop and maintain strong relationships, execute account management strategies, and drive business growth.

**Requirements**

• A degree in Engineering, Technical degree, or diploma, with a strong foundation in sales and customer-facing skills.

• A minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling into Bill of Material.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Strong persuasion and selling skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

• Superior organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to travel within the US, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
