Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Langdon Hall Relais & Chateaux. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menus, specials, and events.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
