CHAWLAS INDIAN BISTRO AND PARTY HALL is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
  • Ensure the highest quality of food and service, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Train and develop kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 33 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
