Food Safety and Quality ControlEnsure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Inventory ManagementManage our kitchen inventory to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our culinary needs.
Staff Training and DevelopmentProvide training and development opportunities to our kitchen staff to help them improve their skills and advance their careers.
Requirements- Experience
At least 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
EducationNo degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong understanding of culinary principles and practices is essential.
Work SettingHotel, motel, or resort environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Tasks- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
