Job Title: Executive Chef

CHAWLAS INDIAN BISTRO AND PARTY HALL is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing delicious meals for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and requisition supplies.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, train new employees, and maintain inventory and records.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality food.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 33 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
