About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at LULLABOO CAMBRIDGE INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary personnel, to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict food safety and quality control procedures to ensure a safe and healthy dining environment for our customers.
  • Staff Development and Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, and time management.
