Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join our team at the Canadian College of Business, Science & Technology.
Job Summary:The Admissions Officer will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry.
- Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, ability to multitask, time management, and team player.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential.
