Position Summary

As the Lead Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the cocktail and wine offerings, ensuring bar excellence and driving sales through innovative promotions. You will manage the daily operations of the bar, including staffing, cost management, training, budgeting, and hands-on leadership during service hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire beverage program, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic options
  • Provide advanced training in mixology
  • Set and maintain high service and operational standards for the bar
  • Develop and refresh cocktail menus with creative offerings
  • Foster relationships with beverage suppliers for sourcing and promotional activities
  • Lead by example, embodying the company's values and motivating the team
  • Build and nurture relationships with guests, team members, and management
  • Uphold integrity, business ethics, and enthusiasm for the venue
  • Address conflicts and resolve issues effectively
  • Enhance team productivity and operational efficiency
  • Perform additional duties as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mixology and cocktail program development
  • WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in both fine dining and casual bar environments
  • Extensive knowledge of traditional and contemporary beverages
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational abilities and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid understanding of business operations and inventory management
