Position Summary

As the Senior Bar Manager, you will oversee the beverage program, ensuring high standards and driving sales through innovative promotions. You will manage the daily operations of the bar, including staffing, cost management, training, budgeting, administration, and active floor management during service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall beverage program, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages Provide training in advanced mixology techniques Establish and maintain service and operational standards for the bar Develop and refresh cocktail menus with creative offerings Build relationships with beverage suppliers for sourcing and promotional activities Lead by example, embody the company's values, and motivate the team Foster relationships with guests, team members, and upper management Exhibit integrity, business ethics, and enthusiasm for the venue Effectively resolve conflicts and address challenges Enhance staff productivity and operational efficiency Perform additional duties as necessary

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in mixology and cocktail program development WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or equivalent preferred Experience in both fine dining and casual bar environments Extensive knowledge of traditional and contemporary beverages Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational abilities and teamwork skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Solid business acumen and inventory management skills
