About the Role

Panesar Transport Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Data Management: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Communication: Perform data entry and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of professionals.
  • Language: Work in English.
  • Hours: Work 32.5 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
