Collaborating closely with the Restaurant General Manager, your primary objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. This position serves as a stepping stone towards becoming a Restaurant General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience
  • Prepare our renowned chicken while adhering to the highest quality standards
  • Serve beverages and cook fresh and frozen products according to established specifications
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions, reconcile cash, and manage daily paperwork
  • Oversee financial controls, operational processes, team development, customer service, and compliance
  • Manage inventory and supply orders
  • Train and mentor Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence
  • Address in-store challenges and communicate strategies to the team
  • Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and security regulations
