Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, paperwork, and merchandising.
- Cash Handling and Bookkeeping: Assist with cash handling and bookkeeping, including making bank deposits and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
Requirements
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Planning and Organizing: Assist the Store Manager in planning and organizing store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management to ensure seamless store operations.
- Cash Handling and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate cash handling and bookkeeping records, including making bank deposits and reconciling transactions.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in a management role.
- Management Skills: Proven management skills, including staff supervision and motivation.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide fast and friendly service to customers.
- Motivation to Advance: A strong motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges.
