Key Responsibilities
  1. Organize and manage seminars, workshops, and conferences.
  2. Document and prepare minutes for meetings, workshops, and conferences.
  3. Establish and maintain office procedures and workflows.
  4. Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
  5. Coordinate and confirm appointments.
  6. Oversee contract management.
  7. Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
  8. Respond to electronic inquiries.
  9. Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  10. Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  11. Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and reservations.
  12. Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
  13. Conduct data entry tasks.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service.
  15. Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operational activities.
Technical Skills
  1. Proficient in MS Excel.
  2. Proficient in MS Word.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  1. Strong attention to detail.
  2. Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
