Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Highland Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff members to provide excellent customer service.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure the best deals for our hotel.
- Front Desk Duties: Perform front desk duties, including checking-in guests and handling customer complaints.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
