About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tender Specialist to join our team at Hercules SLR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing potential tender opportunities, developing comprehensive proposals, and managing the submission process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Identification and Assessment: Identify potential tender opportunities, evaluate their suitability for Hercules SLR, and determine the scope of work and deliverables.
  • Proposal Development: Develop compelling tender proposals that accurately reflect our capabilities, pricing, and compliance with tender requirements.
  • Tender Submission: Manage the submission process, ensuring timely delivery of proposals and required documentation.
  • Bid Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure that proposals are accurate and competitive.
  • Tender Evaluation: Analyze tender results and provide feedback to improve future bid strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience with writing proposals required
  • Experience in sales would be an asset
  • Strong understanding of the industrial equipment industry
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and written abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Technical writing abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM platforms an asset
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
