In the role of Executive Administrative Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting Partners and team members, ensuring that all documentation is precise and deadlines are consistently achieved. If you are a bilingual professional with excellent communication abilities and a dedication to client satisfaction, this position is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to multiple Partners and team members
- Review and refine documents prior to client submission
- Assist with invoicing, collections, and financial transactions
- Engage with clients to address information inquiries
- Compile various tax returns and verify their accuracy
- Provide general administrative assistance to Partners
- Offer coverage for support personnel as necessary
- Execute additional administrative duties as required
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Collaborative team player focused on client service and high-quality output
