In the role of Executive Administrative Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting Partners and team members, ensuring that all documentation is precise and deadlines are consistently achieved. If you are a bilingual professional with excellent communication abilities and a dedication to client satisfaction, this position is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to multiple Partners and team members
  • Review and refine documents prior to client submission
  • Assist with invoicing, collections, and financial transactions
  • Engage with clients to address information inquiries
  • Compile various tax returns and verify their accuracy
  • Provide general administrative assistance to Partners
  • Offer coverage for support personnel as necessary
  • Execute additional administrative duties as required

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Collaborative team player focused on client service and high-quality output
