- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Accurate and detail-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Participate in a government or community program that supports Indigenous people.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations.
- Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees.
- Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
