About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Director to join our team at Ocean Pacific Pacific Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive sales performance and growth.
    • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to sales team members.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Experience
      • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales leadership or management.
    • Skills
      • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
      • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
