CDK Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to concentrate on collaboration with OEM and Enterprise partnerships. The primary responsibilities will encompass managing both immediate and long-term initiatives, along with ongoing certification obligations for CDK's OEM and Enterprise clientele.

In this position, you will engage with OEMs, CDK Business stakeholders, Product, and Technology teams to supervise comprehensive programs. Your duties will include delivering documented materials to ensure coherence with OEM and CDK stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities / Task Overview:

The consultant will evaluate requirement documents to synchronize CDK Vehicle Service system offerings with OEM specifications. This entails:

  • Assessing current product offerings to confirm alignment with OEM specifications
  • Identifying compatibility with CDK Service, Service Edge, Elead Service, Drive Parts & Service, and Service Pricing
  • Reviewing other CDK offerings for consistency
  • Ensuring business requirements align with Product documentation
  • Generating Gap Analysis documentation when necessary
  • Collaborating with OEM suppliers to clarify needs
  • Working internally to achieve business objectives
  • Creating workflow diagrams and screen mock-ups as needed

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish a clearly defined roadmap in Aha for stakeholders
  • Comprehend CDK's CY23 Product strategy and Product Led initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product teams to align with OEM objectives
  • Communicate roadmaps to stakeholders
  • Provide insights to internal and OEM stakeholders for launch strategies
  • Serve as the representative of Product and Engineering
  • Engage in Product organization meetings and educational opportunities

Compensation: $89,000 - $115,000
