About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Taxation Expert to join our Domestic Tax team as a Senior Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate client business processes and policies, advising on tax policy and changes to meet market needs.
  • Develop proactive tax strategies to make business opportunities effective.
  • Apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address tax issues relevant to the client's business.
  • Provide technical and project management leadership to team members for Domestic Tax projects or assignments.
  • Ensure quality control standards are in place.
  • Identify and develop strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities.
  • Prepare and review tax reorganizations, and review corporate, trust and estate tax returns.
  • Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team.
Requirements
  • Completed CPA designation and In-Depth Tax Program and/or Master's in Tax.
  • 7 years' experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal and trust tax planning and compliance.
  • Value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
