Job Summary:

The Store Manager is a key leadership role within the EssilorLuxottica Group, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in our optical retail stores. As a Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, leading a team of professionals to provide unparalleled service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Business Performance: Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive business results.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a safe and efficient store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with our Doctor of Optometry team to elevate the customer and patient experience, driving store KPIs and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong influencing and negotiating skills, team building and management skills, knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise, and basic math skills.
  • Certifications: LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification and LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program.
