Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Retail Manager to join our team at Luxottica. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in our retail stores.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that our customers receive unparalleled service and support in our stores.
  2. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to your team members to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  3. Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  4. Performance Management: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  5. Partnerships and Collaborations: Work closely with our doctors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of our business strategies and customer-centric initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  2. Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive business growth.
  3. Preferred Qualifications: A college degree or equivalent, with a background in business, marketing, or a related field. State licensure or certification in optometry or a related field. Experience in customer service and retail management.
