Job Summary

The Store Manager is a key leadership position within the EssilorLuxottica Group, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in our retail stores. As a Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, leading a team of optical professionals to provide top-notch service and sales to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of optical professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Business Performance: Analyze store financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a safe and efficient store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Foster strong relationships with optometrists, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong influencing and negotiating skills, team building and management skills, knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise, and strong basic math skills.
  • Certifications: LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification and LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: College degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service and retail, knowledge of current store merchandise, and high level of business acumen.
