Job Summary

The Store Manager is a key leadership role within the EssilorLuxottica Group, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in our retail stores. As a Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand, leading a team of optical professionals to provide unparalleled service and sales expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of optical professionals.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
  • Business Results
    • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure seamless execution of daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail or optical industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
    • Knowledge of optical industry trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education
    • College degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience
    • State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
  • Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of optical industry trends and best practices.
    • Experience with inventory management and cash handling systems.
