Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team culture, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Performance: Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive business results.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with doctors of optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience, driving store KPIs and business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong influencing and negotiating skills, team building and management skills, knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise, and basic math skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: College degree or equivalent.
  • Certifications: State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states, LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification, and LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service and retail, knowledge of current store merchandise, and high-level business acumen.
