About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Moneris. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our relationships with our partner financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Foster deep relationships with our partner banks, providing insights, guidance, and support across all teams of Moneris.
  • Manage Business Growth: Use your strategic skills to improve business growth by connecting data and insights to opportunities, driving performance and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our Sales Data & Analytics team to ensure partner bank reporting continues to be relevant, driving the right discussions and outcomes.
  • Lead Business Reviews: Coordinate and facilitate cadenced business reviews with the appropriate team members and bank partners to prepare and organize content.
  • Monitor Key Performance Metrics: Analyze and track key performance metrics related to the Partner banks, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • University Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, with a strong background in the payment industry or banking.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, experience driving business growth and achieving targets, strong business acumen with analytical ability to assess business needs.
  • Language: Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
