About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at BMO. As the Senior Manager of Customer Relationship Growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to deepen customer relationships and increase customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a clear, multi-year strategic roadmap to grow BMO's share of wallet within the retail banking segment.
  • Innovation & Initiative Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, high-impact initiatives that span across multiple functions and business units.
  • Pricing & Risk Management: Help drive profitability, market share, and service levels by developing and managing comprehensive pricing strategies for our suite of retail products and relevant campaigns/channels.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in retail banking, management consulting, or a similar strategic role with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Education: MBA, Masters in business analytics or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and superior communication skills.
