Position Overview

The Dynamics 365 Senior Technical Specialist acts as a critical link between the IT division and diverse business sectors including Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Human Resources. This position focuses on partnering with the IT team to develop and execute application solutions tailored for IT infrastructures.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing vendor relationships, managing projects, and controlling budgets for external service providers.
  • Directing initiatives associated with the MS Dynamics 365 ERP platform.
  • Aligning business workflows with MS Dynamics applications.
  • Expertise in various modules such as Finance, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Maintenance, and EDI integration.
  • Employing Power BI for comprehensive business analytics and reporting.
  • Administering LCS resources and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders for system configuration and process enhancement.
  • Providing training to team members and end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics MB-300 Core Finance & Operations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience with MS Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
  • 5+ years of proficiency in X++ programming and a strong background in SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, Cube processing, Data warehousing, and Power BI.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Excel.
  • Experience in leading implementation teams and a solid understanding of business operations.
  • Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
