Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of dining staff to provide exceptional service and ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and themed dining experiences.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
