Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to dining staff to ensure exceptional service and quality of food
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining areas
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events and functions
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, food service management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
