Application Solutions Manager

Cube Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Solutions Manager to join our growing team. This role will serve as the vital link between our IT department and various business functions, including Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing, and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, overseeing projects, budgets, and vendor performance.
  • Lead the implementation and development of solutions within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP System.
  • Analyze and map business processes to ensure seamless integration with Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Specialize in key modules such as Finance, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Operations, Sales & Marketing Automation, Human Resources Management, Maintenance Systems, and EDI Integration.
  • Leverage Power BI for insightful business reporting and data visualization.
  • Effectively manage LCS resources and ensure timely data updates within the system.
  • Collaborate closely with users to configure the system, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive training to team members and end-users on Dynamics 365 functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Dynamics MB-300 Core Finance & Operations certification.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
  • 5+ years of expertise in X++ coding and proficiency in SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, Cube processing, Data Warehousing, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to lead implementation teams and a deep understanding of business processes.
  • Exceptional project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.
