Job Summary

Cube Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist - Dynamics 365 to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in the implementation and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, including Microsoft support, SPS/Data Masons, Dynaway, and D365/Power BI developers, to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects related to the MS Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP system, including setting priorities, reporting activities, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Business Process Mapping: Map business processes to specific functions within the MS Dynamics 365/Dataverse applications, administration, configuration, and/or development of a specific system.
  • Module Expertise: Provide expertise in the implementation and maintenance of the following modules: Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource, Maintenance work orders (Dynaway), and EDI integration (SPS/Data Mason).

Reporting and Analytics

  • Power BI Reporting: Develop and maintain reports using Power BI to provide business insights and support data-driven decision making.

System Administration

  • LCS Management: Manage resources for the 4 environments within the LCS (Lifecycle Services) platform.
  • Data Management: Manage bulk updates to items and routes/BOM's, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Training and Guidance: Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members and end-users on system configuration, business process designs, and system capabilities.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with key users to gather requirements, identify issues, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Certification: Required certification for Microsoft Dynamics MB-300 Core Finance & Operations.
  • Education: Bachelors or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of business system support and resource management experience, with MS Dynamics AX/D365 F&O experience required.
  • Technical Skills: 5+ years of X++ coding experience, expertise in Microsoft SQL server, Office tools like Excel, and experience working with SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, Cube processing, Data warehousing, data modeling, and Power BI.
  • Leadership: Experience leading an implementation team of 2-4 developers and/or business analysts.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting, and other related business processes.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all organizational levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required, including project management, process flow, requirements/gap analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills.
  • Language: Must have a strong command of the English language.
  • Reliability: Must have reliable transportation; occasional travel may be required.
