Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to dining staff, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of dining staff.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of food inventory, menu planning, and nutritional information.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living's quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dining areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote our dining services and attract new residents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior living or hospitality setting, with a focus on dining services.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
