Job Summary

Cube Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist - Dynamics 365 to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in the implementation and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, including Microsoft support, SPS/Data Masons, Dynaway, and D365/Power BI developers.
  • Project Management: Lead project management and direction for assigned projects, including setting priorities, coordinating, and reporting activities.
  • Business Process Mapping: Map business processes to specific functions within the MS Dynamics 365/Dataverse applications, administration, configuration, and/or development of a specific system.
  • System Administration: Responsible for providing expertise in the implementation and maintenance of the following modules: Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource, Maintenance work orders (Dynaway), and EDI integration (SPS/Data Mason).
  • Reporting and Analytics: Responsible for reporting with Power BI for additional business reports.
  • LCS Management: Manage resources for the 4 environments.
  • Data Management: Manage bulk updates to items and routes/BOM's.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members and end users.

Requirements

  • Certification: Required certification for Microsoft Dynamics MB-300 Core Finance & Operations.
  • Education: Bachelors or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of business system support and resource management. MS Dynamics AX/D365 F&O experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: 5+ years of X++ coding experience, expertise in Microsoft SQL server, Office tools like Excel, and experience working with SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, Cube processing, Data warehousing, data modeling, Power BI.
  • Leadership: Experience leading an implementation team of 2-4 developers and/or business analysts.
  • Communication: Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting, and other related business processes. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all organizational levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required, including project management, process flow, requirements/gap analysis, and technical documentation.
