About the Role

Mcewan Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Menu Planning: Plan and direct menu development to ensure it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our company's culinary vision.

Requirements
