Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic sales & marketing team player who can thrive in a challenging yet rewarding sales environment. Our company is backed by a tenured organization, providing full support on the administrative, supply chain, and financial aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and grow existing business relationships and customer accounts
  • Promote products and services according to the customers' needs
  • Listen to customers, analyze their needs, offer adapted solutions, and seize sale opportunities
  • Answer after-sales service questions (invoicing, changes to the customer's account, provide general information, solve customers' issues or refer them to the relevant department)
  • Once established, be able to manage the full sales cycle, including cold calling, prospecting, pitching, and closing sales
  • Stay up to date on company product developments and marketing initiatives to inform potential sales strategies

Requirements

  • 2-5 Years Experience in B2B Sales
  • Project management experience and ability to solve issues creatively
  • Previous connections in the restaurant, bar, hotel, and other hospitality industries is a strong asset
  • Valid driver's license and great driving record
  • Determination and resilience through long and challenging sales cycles
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant Sales CRM software
