Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the expansion of a designated account portfolio
  • Promptly address customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Set and meet quarterly sales objectives
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients
  • Drive revenue by managing orders, comprehending technical specifications, and delivering essential information to facilitate sales closure
  • Monitor customer inventory levels to ensure optimal stock
  • Utilize company resources to remain informed about product features and updates
  • Travel to client locations to provide sales training and foster strong customer relationships

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience within the IT sector (Retail, Channel, B2B)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
