Key Responsibilities:

Engage in the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and qualify incoming leads based on company criteria. Approximately 80% of calls will involve cold outreach, with the remaining 20% focusing on inbound inquiries. Build and sustain long-term relationships with assigned accounts, enhancing client engagement and product adoption. Promote the organization’s brand and keep clients informed about new offerings. Assess customers' needs and challenges to effectively present our software solutions. Maintain professionalism and integrity in all sales interactions. Act as a positive ambassador for the company in the marketplace. Utilize the company's CRM system to manage sales documentation and customer interactions. Prepare and present proposals to clients. Become a knowledgeable advocate for WellnessLiving products and the industry. Collaborate with other departments as necessary. Accountable for achieving personal and team sales targets, reporting on activities and performance metrics. Provide insights on improving the sales process and enhancing the company’s reputation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in the software sector. Prior experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role managing client relationships. Strong customer service skills and experience in client-facing roles. Proficient in identifying and resolving issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven success in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Willingness to conduct customer communications during evenings or weekends if necessary.
