Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Communication: Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
