We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at JKM Accounting Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Provide customer service and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Oversee payroll administration
