Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the growth and success of our Mineral Processing Practice.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and solutions to our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services and solutions remain competitive and relevant.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure the financial success of the practice.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 20 years of relevant mining sector experience.
  • C-Suite level experience, ideally with an extensive network of relationships at senior level.
  • Deep understanding of the mineral processing and operational trends across major commodities (Copper, Zinc, Nickel, Iron Ore, Molybdenum, Gold and Silver, etc.) and ability to develop and drive innovation to process projects.
  • Strong team orientation well-suited to building consensus in a global concern.
  • International experience.
  • Toronto-based or willingness to relocate to Toronto.
  • Experience in building and managing distributed teams of professionals.
  • Relevant degree in process engineering or related discipline.
