Global Deployment Lead

McCain Foods is seeking a highly skilled Global Deployment Lead to join our Global Technology team. As a key member of our digital transformation journey, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of our digital manufacturing technologies across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global deployment roadmap to ensure successful deployment of digital manufacturing technologies.
  • Lead the deployment function and ensure timely and effective execution of deployment activities across regions.
  • Define and refine the global deployment playbook to ensure consistency and standardization across regions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that relevant teams have input into standardized deployment planning materials.
  • Develop and track advancement on the deployment roadmap to drive consistent preparation and successful rollout across regions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in project management, Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, or specific digital technologies.
  • 10 years of experience in manufacturing and/or digital technologies, with expertise in digital manufacturing technologies and experience in leading large-scale global projects.
  • Leadership, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and multilingual is a plus.
