About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our Global team at GGB. As a key member of our Commercial Multi-National team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, managing a portfolio of multi-national accounts, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated portfolio of multi-national clients, building strong relationships and driving business retention
  • Review accounts at renewal, placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when necessary, and adhering to binding authority set by carriers
  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads and working with account executives to bind clients
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and policy changes, ensuring expertise in the insurance market
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of commercial lines experience with a focus on large multi-national accounts, ideally within a brokerage environment
  • Active RIBO license and Quebec license or willingness to pursue
  • Bilingual (French/English) considered a strong asset
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications and designations highly valued
  • Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset
