International Marketing and Business Development Manager

Cooke Inc. is seeking a highly skilled International Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support our global presence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the research, development, and implementation of customer-specific channel strategies to drive sales and market growth internationally.
- Develop and implement the international sales and marketing strategy, understanding the unique requirements of markets outside of North America.
- Design and execute a data-driven segmentation strategy for Cooke products internationally to ensure effective presentation of the right brands and products to the right customers at the right time.
- Package research insights and collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing assets that help convert opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies to enable sales and overall brand and revenue growth across the business, in alignment with key priorities.
- Oversee and set product and customer pricing, as well as continuously evaluate competitive pricing and programs.
- Lead education and training with commercial team members on products available to the international market.
- Lead government relations and associated programming, ensuring that all international opportunities for budget and funding are optimized.
- Play a lead role in trade-show planning and execution, including samples management and attending all international shows.
- Contribute and attend customer meetings to support the sales process and cycle.
- Lead commercialization efforts in the international markets, including development of all supporting materials.
- Collaborate with the Product Specialist group on inventory related to the international market and prioritize species and opportunities with sales teams.
- Contribute to the development of and actively track and report against an annual budget, including forecasting and actuals.
- Proactively identify and conduct research and analysis to build a comprehensive and current understanding of customers, trends, competitors, and competitive programming.
- Develop and deploy tools and processes to share consumer and market insights across the commercial business.
- Proactively develop knowledge on tariffs, export fees, and other related international considerations.
- Post-secondary certificate or degree in marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
