Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Animation Researcher to join our innovative team at Electronic Arts. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of animation within our games, leveraging your extensive experience in real-time animation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on advanced animation technologies and their applications in real-time gaming environments.
- Create demonstrations that highlight innovative uses of animation technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of animation solutions across various projects.
- Oversee the complete delivery process of new animation technologies, ensuring successful integration into EA products.
- Act as a thought leader in animation, sharing insights and findings through various forums and publications.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the gaming industry, focusing on real-time animation.
- Proven expertise in animation algorithms and techniques, with optional experience in machine learning applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful delivery of animation technology in AAA games or similar products.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams of researchers, engineers, and artists.
- Willingness to travel for industry conferences and collaborate with teams across various locations.
