Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Animation Researcher to join our innovative team at Electronic Arts. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of interactive entertainment through advanced animation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their animation needs.
- Oversee the complete delivery process of new animation technologies, ensuring seamless integration into products.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the gaming industry, specializing in real-time animation.
- Proficiency in animation algorithms and techniques, with a preference for knowledge in machine learning applications.
- A proven track record of delivering animation technology in AAA games or similar products.
- Experience in programming languages such as C++ and Python.
- Familiarity with game engines and a collaborative spirit to work alongside researchers, engineers, and designers.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and engage with teams across various studios.
