Qualifications:
You're an ideal candidate for the Lead Research Engineering Specialist position if you possess:
# A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. A master's or PhD in a relevant area is preferred.
# At least 7 years of experience in software development, demonstrating the ability to lead software development teams in an agile framework.
# Proven experience in driving technical advancements in a collaborative environment, specifically with responsibilities in machine learning applications; exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
# Proficiency in several of the following domains: robust Python development, MLOps, containerization, cloud services (AWS and Azure), advanced search and recommendation systems, orchestration of machine learning pipelines for real-time inference, microservices architecture, and model monitoring and governance.
