About the Position

The Behavox Platform is a robust, resilient, and high-performance system designed for the storage and processing of extensive data sets.

We provide a comprehensive suite of APIs that facilitate the development of solutions enabling clients to effectively manage and analyze large volumes of information. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, efficiency, and capacity planning of all operational systems.

Working closely with DevOps, Product, and Engineering teams, you will implement and uphold SRE methodologies to enhance the infrastructure that supports Behavox's growing clientele.

What You Will Contribute:
A genuine passion for Behavox's mission and technologies, along with over 5 years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles.

Expertise in utilizing Public Cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, with a solid understanding of Google Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, or comparable AWS services.

Automation proficiency using tools like SaltStack or Ansible, along with familiarity in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or Java.

Knowledge of the Hashicorp ecosystem, including Terraform, Nomad, Consul, and Vault.

What You Will Do:
Oversee the deployment and upkeep of large-scale distributed storage and data processing systems in Public Clouds. Proactively monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, lead incident response efforts, and participate in the on-call rotation. Automate operational tasks using Python or Golang and manage cloud-based services in GCP or AWS. Conduct troubleshooting of Linux operating systems and networking components.
