Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, leading and instructing individuals as needed.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring a fast-paced environment is maintained.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
Our restaurant is located in an urban area, with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
